Why Kahilla

Colleagues at an office meeting

Unlocking your full potential through continuous learning and development is a journey that should be accessible to all. However, the reality is that personal and professional growth opportunities are often limited to a privileged few.

Research shows that the lack of diversity in top leadership positions not only hinders progress but also puts companies at financial risk.*

This is why Kahilla was established in 2019 with a clear mission: to level the playing field and ensure equal representation in senior leadership roles across the corporate world.

We believe in democratizing access to development, enabling companies to retain and enhance the skills of their valued employees, while empowering individuals to take ownership of their own success.

At Kahilla, empowerment, inclusivity, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in our policies and donations.

Through our Step Up, Reach Down program, 10% of all corporate memberships go towards supporting charities that uplift underrepresented minorities. Additionally, we pledge to donate 1% of our profits to charities that share our commitment to equity.

Expanding Access
to the Kahilla Membership

Since our launch in 2019, our Step Up Reach Down grant program has provided greater access to Kahilla membership for diverse groups, nonprofit executives, and members in career transition. Since 2020, we have given over $1 million in grants.
